Imsonia

Penyakit sukar tidur.

IMSONIA.

Itu lah yang Nur alami sejak seminggu yang lepas.

Setiap malam Nur pasti susah untuk melelapkan mata.

Sehinggakan mengambil masa selama sejam dua untuk terlena.

Bermacam-macam di fikiran Nur.

Mungkin kah ini petanda depression yang agak melampau sedikit?

Hurm! Nur pun tak pasti.

Tapi mungkin benar sebab Nur akan menghadapi peperiksaan akhir.

Stress dengan pelbagai benda.

Apa pun, Nur berharap Nur akan cepat sembuh dan dapat menikmati tidur lena

yang Nur alami sebelum ini.


Teringat Nur dengan cerita zaman Rasullullah saw, dimana sahabat baginda,

Khalid telah mengadukan kepada Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam tentang

penyakit yang dideritainya, ia berkata: Ya Rasulullah, saya tidak dapat tidur

sepanjang malam kerana insomnia! Maka Nabi berkata kepadanya: Jika engkau hendak

tidur, maka ucapkanlah lebih dahulu doa berikut:

"Ya Allah, Tuhan Tujuh Petala Langit, Tuhan Sekalian alam dan Tuhan Syaitan-syaitan.

Jadikanlah bagiku sebagai pelindung dari kejahatan makhluk-Mu semuanya,

seandainya salah seorang dari mereka hendak berbuat kekerasan atau aniaya atasku.

Maha kuatlah pertolongan-Mu dan Maha agunglah pujian-Mu, serta tidak ada

Tuhan selain-Mu!"

Diriwayatkan oleh At-Turmudzi di dalam Jami'nya, hadis dari
Buraidah.


Selain itu,

Dan juga diriwayatkan oleh At Turmudzi di dalam Jami'nya hadis dari

Amru bin Syu'aib dari bapanya, dari neneknya bahawasanya

Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam mengajarkan kepada mereka

kalimat-kalimat untuk dibaca apabila rasa takut di waktu tidur, iaitu:

"Aku berlindung dengan berkat kalimat Allah Yang Sempurna dari

kemurkaan-Nya dan dari kejahatan hamba-hamba-Nya serta dari

bisikan-bisikan syaitan dan aku berlindung (pula) kepada Engkau ya

Tuhanku, dan kedatangan mereka kepadaku!"


Nur doakan semoga kita semua akan tidur lena setiap malam.

Perjuangan

Salam.

Begitu lama diri Nur tidak menjengah blog kesayangan ini.

Terlalu lama rasanya Nur tinggalkan.

Sudah bersawang2 jadi nya.

Mungkin kesibukkan hidup yang melanda diri Nur menyebabkan

Nur jarang sekali ke sini.

Ataupun secara jujur nya,

kadang-kadang Nur sendiri pun

tidak tahu apa yang ingin Nur paparkan kali ini.

Tapi perjuangan Nur bukan setakat di sini.

Kerana Nur akan terus gagahi jua,

perjuangan ini biarkan bermacam dugaan yang melanda.

Doakan kejayaan Nur pada peperiksaan kali ini.

Dan semoga kita sentiasa dirahmati Nya.
